36 ProductsYmpynen is new addition to our line of Merino wool yarns. It is a soft and luxurious single-ply merino-silk blend yarn, spun in Great Britain using mulesing-free Merino wool. Ympynen is a high-twist yarn, with endless amounts of drape and shine for lace projects and accessories. It is also suitable for weaving. Handwash strongly recommended.

70 % superwash merino wool, 30 % silk.
Recommended needle size 2.5-5 mm (US #1½ to #8).
Recommended gauge in stockinette stitch 20-36 sts / 10 cm (5 to 9 stitches per inch).
